What is an DogHouse ID?
To sign in to the DogHouse Store, you must create an DogHouse ID. Each time you sign in with your ID, DogHouse will recognize you as a unique DogHouse user. The ID isn't just for the DogHouse Store. You can also use it to sign in to the various DogHouse zones.
Why do I need to have an DogHouse ID?
By becoming an DogHouse Member, you open an account in the DogHouse.
This account lets you access the site, alter your profile, and interact with the site at many different levels - this includes access to WOOF! the doghouse chat rooms.
Why do I need a valid eMail Address ?
This is because accounts with email address that are unable to be verified are deleted from the database.
Accounts that have verified email addresses are enabled for chat. This means that you have to type with care when putting in your email address.

This is would come up on an "HTTP 401.3 - Access denied by ACL on resource " event.
You do not have permission to view this directory, resource or page using the credentials you supplied - there was an error in your userid or password.
Some resources that you can access have a single point of credential verification no matter which server you log in at so no matter where you go that logon is good.
If you get the details wrong it will lock off all access and report the 'intrusion' to security.

You can track your DogHouse product information and your order history online, your name and address will automatically be updated in our records when you make DogHouse Store purchases, and you can be automatically notified of new DogHouse products, upgrades, and future DogHouse activities. How do I edit my DogHouse Member account information?
To update your DogHouse Member account information, such as, address, phone number, and e-mail address, to register DogHouse products, or to change your DogHouse ID and password, please select your account from the DogHouse navigation menu bar.
