What is Sub Space ?

Much of what the Master does is to keep the slave in this sub space where the goal of the slave  is to feel protected, cared for, wanted and controlled, so they can fall into a state they call "subspace." Subs often speak of floating or flying when they try to describe subspace. Some speak of being in a trance. Doms and subs alike talk of the dramatic change that takes place when a sub falls into subspace. The slave becomes soft, pliant, loving and tender. And very happy... in a state of elevated Bliss

The Masters influence ^

One of the duties of a Master is to constantly remind the slave of his place. The all slaves need to regularly feel the power power over them, regardless of if they have been good or bad. They need to be 'man handled', 'used and abused', to feel  pain at his hands. The level of pain is dependant on the slave, some slaves are just not 'into' pain, and can only accept it as punishment. It is part of your experience to find the right level for the relationship that you have with that slave. Nothing less physical or direct will convince the slave that his Master will do, or has the ability to do what is required to keep the slave in its place, or to allow the slave to escape the power and control of the Master. The slave (knowingly or unknowingly), will keep testing the boundaries of his slavery, what he does not want to discover is that his is free! Nothing less that this requirement of a Master will put the slave into the subspace (slave heaven) where he belongs
