The DogHouse  is currently accepting applications for the following volunteer positions:

Contributors Monitors Content liaison - these people suggest content for the site. They also are responsible for recommending other homepages to be featured on the site Message/Chat board manager Translators Copy Editors

The Doghouse is very much your club, its what you make it. Contributions of your letters telling of your own experiences, your photos, your questions and your aspirations all make a difference. Your experiences; both good and bad are of interest to the membership which help those just setting out on their training, and even to the old hands. Top Dog has been into SM since he was  was 14yo, he has have been a Master for a couple of decades now and there is still something new around the corner - SM is never dull and you never stop learning.

We would welcome your contributions, your photos, your thoughts, your ideas or questions on any aspect of SM dog Training and the SM Lifestyle.

If you send a photo for publication, please send send us  a release, this gives us irrevocable consent to use and reproduce the photo. The photo should be of you, and is considered a benevolent activity between consenting adults. The photos are considered to be posed and not a snap-shop of any activity in progress.  This reality can be because you never have a camera when you need it, your hands are covered in lube and conditions are not ideal for a good picture. Reconstruction of the picture after the event often produces a better picture.
If the photo is of a US citizen then the models social security number is required.

As a The DogHouse  volunteer, you have the opportunity to:

• develop friendships and work in a unique online community.
• strengthen your online skills.
• develop your ideas and express your creativity.
• assist in the direction of the The DogHouse  community.

To volunteer for any The DogHouse  position, you must:

• be a regular The DogHouse  user for at least six months.
• have good working knowledge of the Web and the The DogHouse  Network.
• have no Site terms violations on record with The DogHouse .
• have no history of violating any of  The DogHouse  chat, list or message board.
• be at least 18 years old.
• desire a team atmosphere and be dedicated to the The DogHouse  community.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

The DogHouse  expects volunteer staff to:

• complete required training.
• attend scheduled meetings (in person or online).
• protect confidentiality.
• respect The DogHouse  Chat guidelines.
• adhere to The DogHouse  Site terms.
• project a professional manner.
• keep up-to-date on The DogHouse 's policies and procedures.
• attend an interview (in person or online) prior to your acceptance.

Content Liaison ^

Content Liaisons suggest content for the site. They also are responsible for recommending other homepages to be featured on the site

The DogHouse  relies on our volunteer team to keep our community safe for everyone. 

To volunteer as a homepages liaison, you must:

• be a regular The DogHouse  chat user for at least 6 months.
• have good working knowledge of the Web and the The DogHouse  Network.
• make a commitment to The DogHouse .
• possess excellent writing and communication skills.
• have no history of violating our Site terms.
• be at least 18 years old.
• work well with other volunteers.

• develop friendships and work in a unique online community.
• provide a new level of service to your community.
• strengthen your online skills.
• assist in the direction of the The DogHouse  community.

• maintain a consistent presence on the internet.
• stay in touch with the DogHouse leaders.
• have a basic understanding of online  communities.
• attend scheduled meetings.
• protect confidentiality.
• respect Site terms.
• project a professional manner.
• keep up-to-date on The DogHouse 's policies and procedures.

The DogHouse  suggests you get a recommendation from a current volunteer, but it is not required. Your application will be reviewed by a group of your peers.

To help guard against unauthorized access, The DogHouse  requests the name of your Internet Service Provider, i.e. "pstbbs.com," "earthlink.net," "netcom.com," or "sunlink.net."

The e-mail address you provide must not be a free service, such as Yahoo, Excite, or Hotmail. This helps us to guard against fraud.

These slaves work as part of a sentence. 
Typically under supervision of their Owner or by cam.

This is one example

Sentence:

The slave shall work for The Doghouse for up to 6 hours a week, the Master can add additional hours to the slaves sentence as an when. This work shall be done butt plugged, locked in his leather chastity shorts and rubbers with a lockable gad secured to the dogs head; then booted and collared - slave will be inspected before sentence. 
If the inspection is below standards - additional punishment is due. All work will be inspected by his Owner SIR DIETER who ensure that the slave meets his high standards and will administer corrective discipline to the slave where needed. 
All correspondence is monitored by his Owner.
Since it is a slave it will work as a slave, with no revenues at all.

The requirements for this is that there is a web cam connection available so the Task Master can view you working with a full inspection. You have to be in the required gear during that time. You are prohibited from any form of Masturbation during sentence, but you are allowed to maintain you hard-on. Sexual release is only allowed after sentence.

This work is suitable for:

• For Owners wanting public humiliation of their slave
• Slaves that are into exhibitionism
• Slaves that need to Serve 
• Masters that want a tools to measure their slaves efforts, and a measure to punish them against if the performance is poor.
• A web cam is needed so that other members and your Owner can see the slaves servitude.

Limits

• Since it is a slave it will work as a slave, with no revenues at all.
• No sex will be seen on the cam
