If you're interested in submitting artwork, short stories or reviews to The Doghouse, please read our submission requirements below. If you still have questions after reading the guidelines, please contact us as at submission@thedoghouse.org.

Artwork and Stories

We are currently seeking stories and artwork submissions for the "cover" of "Boner" The Doghouse journal. All art must contain an element of SM DogTraining, although we accept broad interpretations of the genre.  Art selected will run on the cover of one issue and be included in our archives, as well as our gallery of cover art. Authors and Artists will be given a full credit and a link to the Web site or e-mail address of their choice.

We prefer computer-generated art, although art created in other mediums and converted to graphics files is acceptable. We can accept art in any standard format used on the Web or by Adobe Photoshop. If your work is available by FTP, WWW, etc. and you would like us to see it, be sure to include the proper electronic address when contacting us. You may also submit 1-3 samples of your work, each 366 pixels wide by 276 high, in JPEG format to submission@thedoghouse.org please endeavour to restrict the file size to no larger that 100k.

Reviews

We are always looking for new freelance reviewers to add to our team. Most reviewers will contribute to a variety of our departments, so a general knowledge of, and interest in, SM and SM Dog Training is a must, as is familiarity with our web site. To qualify as a reviewer, you should have prior writing experience and published clips, and you must be able to work via e-mail.
