There are many external safe sex sites so there is no point labouring the point here. But has a general view it takes a bit of effort to get HIV and takes very little effort to get Hepatitis. If SDI clinics were horrible and hostile places to go to then no one would go and you would have SIT epidemics to deal with. If you had to pay for treatment then you might not go and in that time would have infected many more people. 

Butt Toys

This one has a durex on the end as although the rubber can be cleaned with sterilising fluid (eg that used for baby feeding bottles), the durex can offer another layer of protection.

Those into Fisting would not bother with putting on these rubbers. The benefits of using such rubbers means that the tail is less likely to absorb the smell of the dogs butt and reduce his fear of contamination from a previous pup.
