Payment for membership is required before activation. Payment

This process means an activation code is purchased as

The purchase of this 'Gift Token' is identified as a
'Gift Token' with no mention of 'The Doghouse' in any financial
statement.

This feature is only available to UK Mobile phone users
and requires your mobile phone to be registered.
