- The text below address how files are moved around on
a file system and maybe deemed to be republished or
re-expressed. Equally when the posting of content is
unmonitored because when you use a computer function to
upload content (eg photo) the computer has no judgement
where as a human has. I would prefer to leave it to the
"do as you would be done by" code failing that the terms
below cover it:
- By submitting content, I hereby
grant to The Doghouse the absolute right and
permission to use, re-use, publish, republish,
exploit, display, print and reprint in electronic
media (specifically, but without limitation, the
internet), for any purposes, the photographs, images
and text, information and graphics submitted by me
("My Submission"), in whole or in part.
- I hereby release and agree to
save harmless The Doghouse from and against any and
all liability in connection with the use of My
Submission, even should the same subject me to
ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn or indignity and
waive any further claim that I may have to the
eventual use to which My Submission may be applied.
- I acknowledge that The Doghouse
reserves the right to refuse or to amend My
Submission for any reason, including as set out
in the The Doghouse Membership
Terms.
- I warrant that I am over the age
of consent for my locality (18 years), that My
Submission is in relation to me and not any
third person and that I have full authority to grant
the rights to The Doghouse as set out in these terms
